Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter - "Terms") govern the relationship between IP Zakharov Maxim Sergeevich (hereinafter - "Provider") and users of the Fotolab.ai service (hereinafter - "User").

2. Subject Matter

The Provider undertakes to provide the User with services for processing and restoring digital images using artificial intelligence technologies (hereinafter - "Services").

Services include:

• Restoration of damaged images
• Colorization of black and white photographs
• Image quality and resolution enhancement
• Removal of defects and artifacts

3. Service Delivery Procedure

Services are provided in the following order:

1. User uploads an image through the web interface of the service
2. User selects the type of processing and pays for the service
3. Provider processes the image using AI algorithms
4. User receives the processed image for download

Processing time is from 1 to 3 minutes depending on the complexity of the task and system load.

4. Cost and Payment Procedure

The cost of services is indicated on the website and may be changed by the Provider unilaterally.

• Payment is made before services are provided
• Bank cards and electronic wallets are accepted
• All payments are processed through YooKassa
• The cost of one processing is 50 credits

5. Rights and Obligations of Parties

The Provider undertakes to:

• Provide quality services on time
• Ensure the confidentiality of User data
• Provide technical support
• Notify about changes in service operation

The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not violate copyright when uploading images
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Comply with these Terms

6. Usage Restrictions

The User is prohibited from:

• Uploading images of illegal, offensive, or unethical content
• Using the service to process images without the consent of the copyright holder
• Attempting to disrupt the service or gain unauthorized access
• Using automated tools for mass processing

7. Intellectual Property

The User guarantees that they have all necessary rights to the uploaded images or have permission from the copyright holder to process them.

Rights to processed images belong to the User. The Provider does not claim intellectual property rights to the processing results.

8. Liability

The Provider is not liable for:

• Quality of source images
• Compliance of results with User expectations
• Losses associated with the use of processed images
• Temporary unavailability of the service for technical reasons

9. Data Storage

Uploaded images are stored on the Provider's servers for no more than 30 days after processing, after which they are automatically deleted.

The User is obliged to independently save the processing results within the specified period.

10. Changes to Terms

The Provider has the right to change these Terms unilaterally. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the website.

Continued use of the service after changes have been made means the User's agreement with the new terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are subject to consideration in court at the location of the Provider.
